Picking components
Picking components for the cabinet construction (semi-finished products, side panels and doors) including the picking of the appliances (hoods, sinks, hardware). This is done only after components are accepted and quality checks are made on reception.
Drilling process
This process covers the drilling of doors and side panels, by entering the appropriate settings for the required order into the drilling program.
Assembly process
Once the materials are prepared, the cabinets are assembled according to the final design with drawer runners and draining boards already fitted.
Finished product inspection
Before proceeding with packing, a designated attendant checks and cleans the assembled product.
Finished product packaging
Packing the finished product on pallets, optimizing the available space as much as possible, thanks to the accuracy of the packing staff. If the customer requests a specific height, our staff is careful to meet the request.
